Yoga Mat and Straps



Customized private and group classes offer a chance to deepen your practice, gain confidence, and receive guidance. They provide a unique practice tailored to your individual or group's specific preferences including overall experience, particular goals, level of intensity, and intention/theme.




Cultivate a regular yoga practice by joining our pop-classes and listening to free audio recordings of some of our classes. Classes are offered to build strength, steadiness, and ease both on/off the mat and provide an opportunity to move and strengthen the body while unwinding and relaxing. 




Specialty series and workshops focus on a particular yoga style or theme and typically emphasize philosophy and combine the practice with other spiritual modalities. They are offered throughout the year, often aligning with seasonal or auspicious astrological events. 

Beginning in August, we will offer a variety of services including custom private and group sessions, monthly flow classes, specialty series, beginner's workshops, and retreats. Stay tuned for updates!

Registration is currently opened for our 6-week Balancing the Energy Body Series. Space is limited to 10 participants.

Meditating in Mountains


We recognize yoga as an active inquiry into our true natures. By turning inwards to face both our light and shadow selves, we are able to recognize and embrace the totality of our divine essence and connect more deeply with our highest selves, constantly moving towards more authentic spiritual growth. 
As students of the practice ourselves, we aim to walk a path towards ultimate liberation and service to the greater good - we are empowered to share the practice with our communities, believing that this type of transformative self-discovery can be a part of the necessary change for the evolution of both our personal and collective consciousness. 


We understand yoga to be borrowed practices and are committed to honoring its roots, respectfully bowing to the people of India, their ancestors, and culture, grateful to have the opportunity to learn from the wisdom of ancient practices and lessons


Classes emphasize meditation, pranayama, and creative sequences to create a multi-dimensional experience in which students are empowered to follow their own practice while being guided towards spiritual growth, inner healing, and greater self-awareness.


Teachers lead safe and compassionate classes that are designed to be accessible to everyone and offer a practice that can be applied both on and off the mat.


Note that classes are currently only offered online via Zoom due to the COVID-19 crisis.


Private classes honor the individuality of each person, recognizing that every body and every practice is different, and tailoring the practice to your specific needs and goals. 


Small group classes are also customized, designed to meet the group’s overall preferences, while also offering a unique and fun way to connect with others and enjoy the benefits of yoga.


Sessions range from 30-90 minutes and include time for brief introductions/set-up as well as to answer questions after class.  


Upon registration, you will be asked to fill out a brief questionnaire with your preferences including overall yoga experience, specific goals, level of intensity, and intention/theme. Once we receive your information, we will contact you to discuss pricing and scheduling.


Yoga at Home


Specialty series, workshops, and pop-ups focus on a particular yoga style or theme. They typically emphasize yoga philosophy and combine the practice with other spiritual modalities (e.g., reiki, sound healing). They are offered throughout the year, often aligning with seasonal or auspicious astrological events. Current offers are below and are updated on a regular basis.



We are pleased to offer a variety of free audio recordings so that you can continue your practice at your own convenience. While appropriate for most levels, we don't recommend these for individuals who are completely new to yoga as no visual cues are provided; 1-2 blocks (or alternate props) recommended. 


All classes are taught by Julia, who has completed over 500-hours of yoga teacher training and holds certifications from two different interdisciplinary programs.  She is certified to teach vinyasa, restorative, yin, nidra, and trauma-informed yoga and currently designs and offers vinyasa and restorative classes that combine awareness, breath, and alignment to offer students experiences that are both physical and meditative.

Courtney has a calm and powerful presence. Her soothing voice takes you on a journey that incorporates movement, energy, and healing. Courtney creates thoughtful yoga classes that start with an intention and offer your body a chance to move with your own breath. Often bringing forth her talent for channeling energies, I feel completely in sync with mind, body, and soul when I am finished with one of her classes. I also highly recommend Courtney’s Reiki sessions. I felt energized and light on my feet for days after working with her.
