Our Beginner's Foundations is designed to provide individuals with an introduction to yoga. It offers an opportunity for newer students to feel comfortable attending a beginner or all-levels class and for more experienced practitioners to revisit foundational poses and practices.
This 2-hour session will cover:
Introduction to yoga as a practice, including basic theory, history, breathwork, and foundational poses.
Customized practice with the opportunity to discuss alignment/address questions throughout and at the end of class.
You will also receive an audio recording of a short beginner's flow to practice on your own after the session.
Once you have completed your purchase, we will send a confirmation email with scheduling information.
Payment is accepted via all major debit/credit cards and Venmo. Venmo payment is preferred (@RhysandRei). To pay via Venmo, please select "Offline Payment" at checkout.
