Raise Your Vibration, Change Our World

Our reality is a matrix of vibration. The universal law and quantum physics tell us that everything is vibrating at a certain frequency. This means that we, too, are vibrating at our own frequencies.

We experience our reality because of the frequency we are vibrating at - individually and collectively.

Having a higher vibration allows for better health, truer happiness, and a deeper awareness.

If we seek to raise the collective vibration of our world, then we must first raise our personal vibration.

We are living in the third dimension. Our senses and vibration limit our perception to this plane of reality. We know that there is much more beyond our 3D experience, including the higher dimensions and spiritual realms. We can access and activate these higher dimensions by raising our vibration so that we are more aligned with experiencing the full dimensional spectrum for ourselves.

Living in a world of universal harmony and love, telepathic communication, empathic understanding, more advanced technology, and a healthier environment is possible. It starts within.

There are universal tools readily available to us always, that assist us in raising our vibrational frequencies.

Smudging, or burning sage, is an ancient spiritual ritual used to purify our surroundings from negative or stagnant energy, increase clarity, and protect against unwanted spirits.

In addition to burning sage, burning palo santo, holy wood, is another tool used specifically to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Burning incense or diffusing essential oils are other ways to clear, protect, and bless our surroundings through aromatherapy.

Working with crystals has been beyond beneficial throughout my spiritual journey. They can strengthen our intuition, psychic senses, and our bond with Mother Earth.

I look at crystals as if they are pictures of vibration. Their unique structures, shapes, and colors exist because they have been vibrating at their specific frequencies for millions of years. They each hold specific energies that can enhance our lives. Selenite, clear quartz, amethyst, labradorite, malachite, and obsidian are some of my favorites. Use your intuition to connect with crystals that call out to you and incorporate them into your life to experience their benefits for yourself.

In addition to using energetic tools to assist us in increasing our vibration, we can also incorporate new habits into our lives to help rewire our reality.

What we put in, we get out— we truly are what we eat. If you want to raise your vibration, you must be mindful of what you are consuming. While a vegetarian or vegan diet may not be attractive or realistic for everyone’s lifestyles, we can all make mindful alterations when it comes to what we eat. Natural foods that come from the earth, like vegetables and fruits, have a higher vibrational frequency, as well as nutrients and vitamins, compared to food that has been heavily processed or packed with hormones and sugars.

Try detoxing from low vibrational substances and behaviors by limiting the amount of alcohol and caffeine you ingest on a regular basis. If you are a happy hour enthusiast, try swapping out your glass of wine or beer after work for an herbal tea or kombucha. Reduce your daily coffee and soda intake, and try a matcha drink or sparkling or fruit-infused water instead.

One of the great things that sets this human experience apart is that we have the freedom of movement. Allowing movement through our bodies is a type of magic. Taking time to move your body so that your energy is not stagnant is beneficial physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Practicing yoga, walking in nature, or trying anything that allows for the flow of energy within and out of your body will prove great results. Set an intention of how you want to direct your energy, and waste no time beginning a routine that you connect with.

Prayer is when we ask the Universe for our desires— for ourselves, others, and our planet. It is half of the conversation. Meditation is the other half— it is when we listen. Raise your vibration by beginning a meditation routine. There are multiple meditative techniques and traditions. Find one that works with you.

Practicing an attitude of gratitude is of upmost importance when trying to raise your vibration. When you are grateful for all the blessings you have, you acknowledge the Universe for all of its greatness, and attract more positivity into your life. Focusing on what isn’t going accordingly to your will, or what you don’t have, only attracts a deeper sense of unfulfillment and more negative experiences.

If you want better, start by being grateful for what you have.

If you want to be better, be grateful for who you are at this moment.

You can become all that you want to. You already are all that is. Incorporating rituals, practices, and working with spiritual tools will raise your vibration and create harmony and genuine happiness within your life.

When you are vibrating at a higher frequency, you will be better aligned with your highest self.

Your true self.

The self that plays its part in lifting the collective consciousness.

The self that changes our world.
